1. This Agreement does not conflict with and completely corresponds to the Terms and Conditions of Restream.
2. The AppSumo Restream Lifetime plan is valid for 100 years from the date of AppSumo promo code activation of the Service after the registration on https://restream.io/appsumo.
3. After 100 years from the time of the first promo code activation, a subscription may be extended in accordance with the standard prices of Restream plans that act at the date of extending.
4. You can buy AppSumo Restream Lifetime plan only from April 10th, 2019 and only on appsumo.com - during the promotional campaign period.
5. According to the AppSumo agreement with Restream, all promo codes are valid for 60 days from the date when sales started. From the June 10th, all promo codes cannot be activated under any circumstances.
6. 100% money back guarantee within 60 days after purchase. You can request a refund only through AppSumo website. After 60 days, the refund is not possible under any circumstances.
7. You can cancel your AppSumo Restream Lifetime plan at any time after 60-days money back guarantee period. To cancel your User Account, send a request to the Restream Support team via email support@restream.io. The refund is not possible under any circumstances.
8. You can upgrade to higher Restream subscription plans or features. All subsequent payments and further plan upgrades will come under the standard pricing of Restream plans. After cancellation of a higher subscription plan, your account will be downgraded back to AppSumo Lifetime plan.
9. Only new Restream users can activate their AppSumo Restream Lifetime plan. Users who created their Restream accounts prior to April 10th 2019 can not activate AppSumo Restream Lifetime plan.
10. You are not allowed to sell, transfer or giveaway promo codes to any third party.
11. You can not activate more than three (3) promo code per account.
