Connecting a pre-created LinkedIn event to Restream got an enhanced flow on the RTMP setup page.
Before: A Restream event was automatically scheduled and matched the rest of your channels to your LinkedIn event.
Now: A pop-up window displays the date and time your Restream event would be scheduled for. Click “Confirm” to proceed or “Cancel” to go back.
💡 If you cancel, your LinkedIn channel stays disabled. If you want to enable it without scheduling the entire Restream event, click Edit and select "Create new event post" under the Event selection.
Name your custom channels anytime

Connecting and managing custom channels just got simpler with display names.
Before: You could only set a display name by editing an existing channel.
Now: You can also set a display name directly when adding a new custom channel. No extra steps needed.
💡 Display names are optional but can help you tell apart different custom channels. Learn more about Custom RTMP here.
Upgrading to Full HD and improved API

Improvements
Did you click that upgrade trigger to get Full HD in Restream Studio?
Quality upgrades made easy – Purchasing a Professional plan (or higher) now automatically updates your stream quality to 1080p.
Confirm your stream is in Full HD –Just go to Settings and look under "Live stream quality."
💡 Your quality is saved under each setup and will also apply to future streams from that Studio.
Developers, we also have an update for you. You can now add and edit Facebook event descriptions via our Public API.
Bug fixes
Better management for Pairs: We’ve made some improvements to how you can manage a scheduled stream with connected guest channels. You can now delete any stream, even if it was rescheduled or a guest missed it.
Accurate event dates: Pre-created YouTube events you connect to Restream now display the correct date on the RTMP page.
Disconnect events: You can now easily disconnect a pre-created LinkedIn or YouTube event. Just click Edit next to the channel on the RTMPpage and select “Create new event post” in the Event selection.
A better setup page for RTMP streams

If you stream with an encoder, your RTMP page just got some quality-of-life updates.
Instant access to recordings – After ending your stream, you’ll see a download button in the top right corner. If you start streaming again or refresh the page, the button will disappear. But don't worry, you can always find it in Past streams.
Clear event times –Scheduled YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn events now display their date and time directly on your channel list.
Improved button placement –On screens wider than 1400px, the Embed and Settings buttons are now positioned on the right, below Channels and Chat, for better accessibility.
Unschedule your playlists

Sometimes you need to cancel a stream but keep the draft and use it later. If you've been meaning to do this with a scheduled playlist, we have news for you!
Before: The only way to remove a scheduled playlist was to delete it.
Now: You can just unschedule a playlist and keep the stream card on your Home screen—exactly like Studio or RTMP drafts. Deleting a playlist is still possible so long as it's not scheduled.
With over 30 supported platforms, we want the list of channels you can choose from to look as neat as possible. Otherwise, how will you decide where to multistream?
Easier channel selection – Channels are now sorted by streaming popularity, with new additions like TikTok and Rumble highlighted at the top.
Fresh new look – We also gave Kakao TV, SOOP, and Dailymotion logos a shiny update.
