Restream, Inc. Promo codes usage

These are the terms and conditions for Restream's Promotional Codes. We strongly recommend reading them before making any actions related to the promotional codes in order to avoid any potential issues. All promotional codes on Restream.io are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• No refunds for purchased subscriptions with the exception of first time subscriptions. We offer a full refund for the first time subscribers ONLY. The refund is valid within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• We offer the following options for those who want to apply promo codes:
  • Purchase new subscription;
  • Upgrade your current subscription plan;
  • Switch your subscription from monthly to yearly;
• The discounts are valid for first payment only, unless a "lifetime" promotion is stated on the promo materials.
• The 7-day refund policy doesn't apply to trials. During the trial period, we inform users on the billing date.
• Discounts are not valid outside of a specified promotional period and cannot be replaced with other codes.
• Monthly discounts couldn't be applied to yearly plans, same goes for the yearly codes.
• Promotional codes have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash or credit.
• To apply a promotional code, you must enter it prior to completing the purchase.
• Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
• Promotional codes cannot be used for enterprise and custom packages.
• Restream accepts no responsibility or liability for you mistyping your promotional code.
• Restream reserves the right to offer varying discount rates based on factors such as account creation date, streaming frequency, and other criteria.
• Restream reserves the right, without further notice, to modify the terms and conditions for use of the promotional codes, or make any changes to the promotional codes program in whole or in part.
• Restream reserves the right to cancel any promotional codes if fraud or similar activity is suspected.
