What is TS?
TS files are a type of video stream file used to store video content and DVD and Blu-Ray discs. If you want to capture live streamed or broadcasted video and store it on a disc, you’ll probably have to use a TS file. TS and MP4 are almost exactly the same, with the exception that MP4 files have an index at the beginning and TS files do not.
